Game Flow
Each game flows through Commit (60s), Reveal (15s), Normalizing for open-text prompts, and Settle (7s). Every attached player antes 2520 per game.
Who Wins
Players on the plurality answer win. For select prompts that means the exact option. For open-text prompts that means the canonical answer bucket. If multiple answers tie for the highest count, all tied groups win.
Payout
The pot is playerCount × 2520. Winners split it equally; losers forfeit their ante. Any indivisible remainder is burned.
Voided Games
If nobody produces a valid reveal, or if open-text normalization fails after all retries, the game is voided and all antes are refunded.
Solo Revealer
If only one player reveals, they win the entire pot but earn no coordination credit.
Coordination Credit
Awarded only when a winner's option was picked by at least 2 players. Solo wins and all-distinct games give zero coordination credit.
Disconnect / Forfeit
A disconnected player has 15 seconds to reconnect. After that they forfeit: all remaining antes are charged as a one-time penalty and they are removed from all subsequent games.
AI Backfill
If a bot backfills a public match, the entire match is off the record. You still play the full game, but balances, streaks, and leaderboard standing do not change.
